Dear Allies,

As you know, on Nov. 6, four states will vote on marriage – Maryland, Minnesota, Maine, and Washington State.  Like us, you may have received queries about how to vote in those states.   Because our board does not permit us to lobby, we can neither advise nor advocate how folks should vote in those states.  However, we can tell you what the pro-marriage campaigns are advocating in the four states at issue:

Maryland – The pro-marriage campaign asks you to vote “AGAINST” Question 6.  Church resources are here – http://www.marylandmarriagealliance.org/church-resources/

Minnesota – The pro-marriage campaign asks you to vote “YES” for the marriage amendment.  Church resources are here – http://www.mnpastorsformarriage.com/

Maine – The pro-marriage campaign asks you to vote “NO” on Question 1.  Church resources are here – http://protectmarriagemaine.com/church-tools/

Washington – The pro-marriage campaign asks you to “REJECT” R-74.  Church resources are here – http://www.preservemarriagewashington.com/churchresources.php

Regards,

Joe
