Chapel at West Point desecrated by Sod omite Ceremony.  Sign free petition!

The Christian chapel on base at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point was desecrated Saturday, in violation of federal law and the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act, when Brenda Sue Fulton, an openly lesbian ex-soldier "married" her homosexual lover.

Admitting she broke the law, "Fulton has said she wanted to get married now and at West Point because the academy has been 'an important part of my life' and because such marriages are banned in her home state of New Jersey."

[Dr. Chaps comment:  They're also banned on federal land, like the West Point base.  But sadly, the Obama Administration has effectively kicked all military chapels off base, putting them all under the jurisdiction of pro-homose xual states like Massachusetts or New York.]

The Christian altar, now desecrated by open sodo mite acts, is no longer fit for Christian worship, effectively displacing the rights of chaplains and Christians to any sacred worship space, thanks to the Obama Administration's illegal Pentagon policy.

This makes the fourth "gay" "wedding" to desecrate military chapels.

The good news is the House of Representatives passed two good amendments protecting both chaplains and chapels from future desecration.  We must call fax 100 Senators!   Please take action, FREE with an optional donation...

Court:  65 Chaplains can sue the Navy for anti-Jesus discrimination

Friends, I have great news to report.  After over 12 years facing anti-Jesus discrimination, 65 chaplains have won a court injunction against the U.S. Navy who punishes evangelical chaplains that pray "in Jesus' name."  16 Southern Baptist, and 40+ charismatic, Pentecostal, or evangelical chaplains who pray "in Jesus' name" were denied promotion by senior chaplains from liberal denominations, but now they will soon get their day in court.

Baptist Press reports:  "A preliminary injunction has been granted in the case of 65 chaplains who allege that evangelicals have been discriminated against by the U.S. Navy, even as many of the chaplains are nearing retirement age...

Art Schulcz, an attorney in Vienna, Va., hopes the ruling finally will move his clients closer to trial:  "My hope is the court will look at our data and come to the conclusion that this system with its secret procedures allows all kinds of bias to enter into decisions...We're looking for a level playing field, where promotions are based on how effective a chaplain's ministry is and how he's done in the field. It's not that way now."

A larger question today concerns why the Obama Administration is now forcing Christian chaplains to open their chapels to homose xual 'wedding' ceremonies in all 50 states.

Two good amendments passed the U.S. House of Representatives, but may be blocked in the Senate, unless we take action.  Would you please help us fax all 100 Senators today?

'Gay' Sailors can choose Bunkmates, but Christian Sailors can't opt-out.

As the Presidential election distracted the Senate from passing the Pentagon budget, military chaplains remain under immense pressure to facilitate homose xual 'weddings' in military chapels in all 50 states.

In New Jersey, Florida, and Lousiana Christian military chapels have been desecrated by acts of sod omy, despite the fact all three of these states prohibit gay 'marriage.'

Now the Washington Times confirms what we said all along, that military Christians face persecution since the repeal of Don't Ask, Don't Tell, which already causes anti-Christian discrimination.  Christian troops endure open homose xual harassment.  For example:

"At an officer training service school, a male serviceman sexually harassed another male serviceman through text messages, emails, phone calls and in-person confrontations. The harassing male insisted the two would 'make a great couple.' The harassed serviceman reported the harassment, but the command failed to take disciplinary action."

Homose xual Sailors receive preferential treatment.  "The Navy has allowed sailors openly engaged in homosexual behavior to choose their bunkmates," says Col. Ron Crews, a retired Chaplain leading the Chaplain Alliance for Religious Liberty.

But if Christian Sailors don't want a homose xual roommate, they cannot refuse one. Christians who refuse such open homosexual advances are labeled as discriminators.   Can you say double-standard?  Just imagine the horror of being "chosen" as a bunkmate, and then being forced to endure ogling or groping without complaining.

Sexual harrassment is banned in the military, unless you're a homose xual abusing a Christian, then it's openly encouraged.  For example, desecrating their chapels.   (Examples and proof below.)  But will the Senate protect chaplains and Christians?

Let's take a stand for our Christian troops rights, especially Chaplains, today.

Obama desecrates Military Chapels in all 50 states.  Can 2 Senators stop him?

An amazing article by our friends at Last Resistance quotes me and asks the question I've been raising for a year now.  Can Senate Republicans save military chaplains from court-martial, if they refuse to facilitate homose xual "marriage" ceremonies?

In response to YOUR faxes, two Senators Roger Wicker (R-MS) and my friend James Inhofe (R-OK) have just introduced new legislation in the Senate, as "The Military Religious Freedom Act."  I met with Wicker's staff this summer, and they received my suggestion clearly, since the new bill mirrors the two good amendments already passed by the House, and protects both military chaplains AND chapels from desecration.

Sadly, more homose xual "weddings" are desecrating Christian chapels on military bases, for example in this story that features a Navy Chaplain who apparently desecrates a Christian chapel in New Jersey with a sod omite ceremony endorsing sin.   (And then claims nobody is offended when Christian chapels are desecrated by acts of sod omy.)

This "wedding" in New Jersey is President Obama's latest assault on military Christians, after homose xual ceremonies have already desecrated chapels in Florida and Lousiana.

All three states ban homose xual "marriage" so why do reporters lie for Obama, claiming these ceremonies are only authorized in states where gay marriage is licensed?

This is proof that what I said is true, that Obama has forced homose xual "marriage" upon all 50 states. AP reports Obama's policy: "Under current policy, these ceremonies are allowed on bases where the marriage or civil union is legal under state law."

In other words, not only does Obama abrogate federal law, the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act (which applies on federal land, i.e. military bases), but he also abrogates the state laws of New Jersey, Florida, and Lousiana, which clearly prohibit homose xual "marriage."

Let's stand with Senators Wicker and Inhofe, to demand all 100 Senators protect chapels.

Harry Reid avoiding vote on Chaplain's rights?

The U.S. Senate is avoiding a vote on free speech rights of military chaplains, who are currently forced to facilitate homosexual 'weddings' in military chapels in all 50 states.

After YOU signed petitions that we faxed to Congress, the House of Representatives passed H.R. 4310 with two good chaplain amendments, that protect religious freedom for all chaplains, and protect military chapels from sod omite desecration.

But Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) is avoiding the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, which may give us a few more weeks to petition all 100 Senators for all military chaplains rights to NOT open their Protestant or Catholic chapel for homosexual 'weddings.'

Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) explained:  "It's pretty obvious, here, the reason the Senate is so inactive is because the Majority Leader doesn't want to take up any serious bills that are important to the future of the country."  He mentioned "Cybersecurity, why isn't it on the floor? Defense authorization, why isn't it on the floor?"

I know why.  Because President Obama's open and hostile campaign to homosexualize chapels and chaplains is too controversial during an election year.  (Remember how he couldn't repeal DADT until AFTER the 2010 elections?)

But Obama has already joined Nancy Pelosi to oppose religious freedom for chaplains, by opposing the two good amendments to H.R. 4310.

Christian Post reports "The administration 'strongly opposes' the provision, known as Section 536 that provides protection for the chaplains and Section 537 that says military facilities cannot be used to perform same-sex marriage ceremonies."

It's not enough for Obama to homosexualize our troops.  Now he wants our chapels too.   Let's take a stand for chaplains rights, and petition all 100 Senators today.

First Lesbian 'Wedding' desecrates Military Chapel.  Obama violates state law.

President Obama trampled on Louisiana state law, and desecrated the Christian chapel on a military post at Fort Polk, Louisiana, by authorizing the first homose xual 'wedding' ceremony by a lesbian couple in a military chapel.  Flaunting his federal power over Louisiana (whose law clearly defines Marriage = 1 Man + 1 Woman), and ignoring the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act, Obama's Pentagon lawyer Jeh Johnson issued a memo this year forcing all military chapels in all 50 states to be open for 'gay' weddings.

Now we learn that months ago, a lesbian couple was secretly 'married' upon, and desecrated the Christian altar in the base chapel with sod omy, marking the first reported homosexual wedding in a military chapel ever.  A pro-homose xual chaplain presided at the 'marriage-like religious ceremony' of two lesbian soldiers, but did not issue a license, making the union illegal in the eyes of both Lousiana law, and the laws of Almighty God.

Congressman John Fleming, M.D. (R-LA) told CNSNews.com on Wednesday that "the U.S. Army had confirmed to him that the chaplain had performed the ceremony less than a month ago in the base chapel at Fort Polk, which is in Fleming's district."

"It is my understanding that this is the first ceremony of its type on an American military base and that is, as it's reported, it was a wedding ceremony between two members of the same gender who are uniformed members of the Army," Fleming said.

Congressman Todd Akin (R-MO), said this confirms the need for the Senate to pass two good pro-chaplain amendments protecting chapels and chaplains free speech:  "It is very concerning that a same-sex ceremony would occur on a military base in a state where the definition of marriage has been clearly defined as between one man and one woman," Akin said.  "This action is clearly in contravention of state law, and also violates the Defense Department policies issued last fall. This appears to be a case where political agenda has trumped the rule of law, which is absolutely unacceptable. This confirms the importance of the language that my colleagues and I worked to include in the House-passed National Defense Authorization Act for 2013, which would protect chaplains and servicemembers from this liberal agenda. The same individuals who will violate the law to advance their agenda will persecute those around them who disagree with their views."

"Congressman Akin has led the efforts to protect traditional marriage on military bases. In 2011, Congressman Akin offered an amendment to H.R. 1540 which was stripped by the Senate. In May 2012, Akin offered an amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act for 2013 which would protect servicemembers and chaplains from recriminations based on their concerns regarding same-sex marriage."

[Dr. Chaps' comment:  Folks, I have been repeatedly saying for months, what nobody believed was true, that military chapels both Catholic and Protestant will be desecrated in all 50 states by acts of sod omy on the Christian altar, robbing all our troops of their right to a sacred worship space.  Any chaplain who objects will be punished, and the keys to his chapel must be turned over to homose xual activists.  Does anybody doubt that my warning has now come true?]

We must take action to protect our chapels.  Please sign our petition to all 100 Senators.

Pelosi persecutes Chaplains, then lies, calling them "a fraud...manufactured crisis."

I personally traveled to Washington DC this summer to meet my Congressman and visit the staff of 23 Senate offices to personally deliver YOUR 100,000+ petitions (again) for chaplains' freedom.  I walked and prayed past all 100 Senators offices, and entered and delivered hand-written notes to 23 Senators on the Armed Services Committee (please call each listed here by dialing 202-225-3121 today) to demand free speech for military chaplains, and protection for Christian chapels from sod omite desecration.

I stood outside the House of Representatives floor while they voted to PASS our two good chaplain amendments in HR 4310 the National Defense Authorization Act of 2013.

My full report press release from my visit to Capitol Hill is here, which you can please forward to news reporters or radio hosts.  Christian Post called me for the following report:

Pelosi Calls Chaplain 'Conscience Clause' a 'Fraud'  By Paul Stanley, Christian Post

"House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi blasted a Republican proposal that would protect military chaplains from performing same-sex marriages, saying the provision in unnecessary.

"Nobody is ordering them to do that," Pelosi told reporters Thursday. "I've never seen any suggestion that we're ordering chaplains to perform same-sex [marriages]. Where is that? I think that they can rest assured that if they don't believe in that, they don't have to perform those...When asked by a reporter at her Thursday press conference if she supported the provision, Pelosi said she sided with the White House in opposing it.

"I do not support that provision in the bill, that part of the bill," she said. "I agree with the administration. And there's nothing that says that chaplains act against their faith.  Arguing that the issue was moot, she added, 'Because it's a fraud. It's a – Welcome to the world of manufactured crises. Here's one.'..."

"Former Navy Chaplain [Gordon] James Klingenschmitt was lobbying [23] members of the Senate Armed Services Committee Friday on Capitol Hill and took exception to the minority leader's comments.

"I disagree with Rep. Pelosi. There are dozens of active duty chaplains who have been pressured to not speak against homosexuality," Klingenschmitt told The Christian Post. "I know of one Army and one Navy chaplain who have already resigned. Another active duty chaplain has been silenced, threatened and punished against speaking against 'don't ask, don't tell.' What they [Pelosi] are saying is simply false...."

"Klingenschmitt expects the White House to threaten to veto the proposal but there a number of Democratic senators such as Joe Manchin of West Virginia who are starting to distance themselves from President Obama on this issue.  [Also call Claire McCaskill, Ben Nelson, and Jim Webb.]

"I'm confident we'll have this provision in the final bill, but it's a 50-50 chance at this point."

"The House voted 299-120 to approve the Defense Authorization Act late Friday afternoon. However, the bill faces a steep battle in the Senate."  [LET'S TAKE ACTION...]
