Overwhelmed - FCC extends deadline

You are being heard — and the FCC is overwhelmed!

You are making waves at the Federal Communications Commission!

I personally met with FCC staff last week to discuss the thousands of petitions CWA has collected from concerned moms and dads like you who don't want to expose your child or grandchild, or anyone for that matter, to nudity on public TV and expletives on TV and radio.

And here's what they told me — due to the overwhelming response from citizens like you, they have once again EXTENDED THE DEADLINE for comment.

let's keep this momentum going!

There's still time to join the fight to protect America's children!

[Please sign our online Petition to the FCC now!]

The FCC is accepting comments on the proposed new decency (or should I say "indecency") policy from now through June 19.

Please act today.

[Sign the online petition if you haven't already] and SPREAD THE WORD. Because your child and grandchild matter — and so does decency in America.

Sign Your Petition

God Bless,

Penny Nance
Chief Executive Officer and President
